In line with our personalised service policy all our tours and excursions are tailor made to meet the interest of our guest. We do not have brochure tours and "guaranteed departures".
The guest has to be met with a meet & greet paging board at the airport/point of entry, followed by briefing and re-confirmation of return or onward flight.
On safari, we are constantly in touch with the driver guide or the hotel/lodge/camp the guest is staying in, just to make sure all is in order. After the tour, the guest is met again by the operations staff, debriefed and seen off.
